Reeman AMR Transport Robot Helps Large Digital Electronics Factory Achieve Synchronization Between Logistics And Production Line Rhythms

Jan 14, 2026

Digital electronics factories generally face challenges such as complex process flows, rapid product updates, and frequent line changes. With diverse material forms and scattered delivery points, this creates extremely high demands for flexibility in internal logistics. Traditional manual delivery methods are prone to response delays during peak periods, which can disrupt continuous production line operation.

A large electronics manufacturing enterprise, while expanding its capacity, sought to build a more flexible logistics system to support a multi-category parallel production model. After several rounds of testing and comparison, they ultimately chose the Reeman Fly Boat AMR as the primary logistics executor for the workshop.

The Fly Boat AMR has a load capacity of 300kg and supports shelf-lifting structures, allowing for quick handling of entire material racks, reducing manual loading and unloading steps. The equipment uses lidar-based autonomous navigation technology, enabling stable operation in complex workshop environments without the need for additional track laying or labeling. This ensures fast deployment and flexible adjustments for future changes.

With support from the scheduling system, multiple AMR transport robots can operate in coordination based on real-time task loads, automatically allocating the optimal routes to avoid congestion and empty running. On the production line side, the replenishment process is triggered by a one-click call, shifting logistics from a "manual search for vehicles" model to an "automated system dispatch" approach.

For cross-floor transportation needs, the Reeman AMR can interact with the factory's elevator system, enabling automated delivery between floors. It can also integrate with electric door systems to allow fully automated passage throughout the process, significantly reducing manual intervention points.

Over the course of long-term operation, the Fly Boat AMR has maintained a stable rhythm even in high-frequency task scenarios, helping the enterprise synchronize logistics and production line rhythms and significantly enhancing overall equipment utilization.

As the AMR robot manufacturer, Reeman has a mature product platform and scalable delivery capabilities. Its annual shipment volume continues to grow, forming a stable international customer base. Through continuously iterated software scheduling systems and reliable hardware platforms, Reeman provides customers with sustainable and scalable logistics automation solutions.
