In the highly precise field of digital electronics manufacturing, logistics must not only be fast but also stable. With frequent material turnover, complex batches, and tight rhythms, traditional methods relying on manual experience for scheduling are increasingly unable to meet the demands of large-scale production.
A large digital electronics factory, after introducing multiple automated production lines, identified internal logistics as a key factor affecting overall capacity release.
The enterprise ultimately introduced the Reeman Fly Boat AMR transport robot as a critical transportation unit connecting the warehouse and production lines.
The Fly Boat AMR has a load capacity of 300kg and supports shelf-lifting for material handling, allowing it to directly interface with the existing logistics carrier system. Through lidar navigation and multi-sensor fusion technology, it achieves precise positioning and intelligent obstacle avoidance, ensuring safe and stable operation even in high-traffic areas.
At the system scheduling level, the AMR can dynamically adjust transport frequency based on order rhythms and production line loads, enabling parallel execution of multiple tasks and avoiding resource waste caused by traditional manual scheduling. The production line end features a one-click call function, ensuring more timely replenishment responses and reducing waiting times.
Addressing the multi-floor structure and diverse area distribution within the factory, the Reeman AMR can autonomously take elevators for cross-floor deliveries and can interact with electric doors for automatic passage, forming a complete unmanned transport loop.
By implementing the AMR system, the enterprise effectively reduced manual handling intensity, improved material flow stability, and made production organization more controllable, providing a replicable logistics model for future production line expansions.
As a robot manufacturer, Reeman possesses complete capabilities from core control systems to full machine manufacturing. Its annual delivery volume ranks among the industry's leaders, with products exported to overseas markets for long-term operation in complex applications across various countries, demonstrating high stability and adaptability.
