REEMAN ROBOT · 2026 BUYER RESOURCES · UPDATED 10 OCTOBER 2026

REEMAN autonomous forklift equipment reference prices run from $7,580 to approximately $13,980 EXW per unit across the five models compared here. Mini starts at $7,580–$7,980, Ironhide at $9,380–$9,980, Rhino at $10,280–$10,980, HAMMER at $11,880–$12,980 and Waterproof Ant at approximately $13,380–$13,980. The right budget depends on payload, lifting height, carrier structure, operating environment and integration scope.

Equipment price and installed project cost are different budgets. Use the EXW amount to compare robot configurations, then add freight, destination charges, deployment, required interfaces and any quoted software costs to establish the complete investment.

This guide covers purchase prices, configuration choices and ownership costs. For financial returns after installation, read How to Calculate Autonomous Forklift ROI and Payback in 2026.

Which configuration should you buy?

Choose the handling task first. A floor-level pallet-transfer route, a stacking operation and an outdoor workshop-to-yard route require different capabilities even when the load weight is similar.

Mini: compact transport and low-level lifting

The quoted Mini MBOT10F provides a 1,000 kg rated payload and 1,000 mm fork lift. It suits compact factory transport and low stacking. Current Mini application information describes approximately 1.1 m passages under suitable conditions; loaded turning and carrier dimensions still need to be checked. REEMAN's Mini elevator application demonstrates two robots coordinating pallet transfer between floors.

Ironhide: repeated horizontal pallet transfers

The quoted Ironhide BBOT25F provides a 1,500 kg rated payload, 205 mm fork lift and 550 mm fork outer width. Its quoted turning radius is approximately 1.36 m. The series combines Laser SLAM navigation, pallet recognition, automatic alignment, obstacle avoidance and automatic charging for warehouse, production, packaging and staging routes. Preconfigured tasks can be triggered through one-touch calling.

Rhino: transport plus higher lifting

The quoted Rhino RBOT30F provides a 1,500 kg rated payload, 2,585 mm fork lift and 1.7 m turning radius. Check the load center, actual receiving height and placement clearance when evaluating a stacking task. The lifting structure and receiving position are important differences from a low-lift pallet-transfer robot.

HAMMER: higher lifting and coordinated material flow

The quoted HAMMER CBOT12F provides a 1,200 kg rated payload, 2,500 mm fork lift and an approximately 1.13 m turning radius. REEMAN HAMMER applications include automatic-door integration and two-robot relay workflows through a shared staging area. Product generations and integration packages should be matched to the quoted configuration.

Waterproof Ant: outdoor factory and yard transport

Waterproof Ant WBOT10F0 provides a 2,000 kg rated payload and maximum fork lift of 208 mm for low-lift pallet handling. It is designed for outdoor factory-yard transport and indoor-to-outdoor transfers on suitable hard-paved routes. Its approximate EXW equipment reference is $13,380–$13,980 per unit.

An IP67-rated multi-line Laser supports environmental sensing, with a maximum Laser measurement range of 150 m. IP67 refers to the Laser component. Automatic pallet pickup, automatic return charging and manual direct charging support repeated transport between workshops, outdoor staging areas and buildings. Evaluate the road surface, carrier openings, route clearance and pickup positions before selecting the route.

Turning radius is not minimum aisle width. Required operating space depends on the loaded carrier, approach direction and complete turning maneuver. A quoted turning radius alone cannot establish whether a forklift fits your aisle.

What does an equipment integration project involve?

Ironhide with a turntable stretch wrapper

In REEMAN's published stretch-wrapper application, Ironhide places the pallet on the turntable, lowers it, withdraws its forks and moves clear. An external wireless communication module exchanges task and equipment-status signals. The wrapper completes its own wrapping sequence; the forklift then collects the wrapped pallet and delivers it downstream.

Titan Mini with customized forks for an existing trolley

Titan Mini and X-ant do not have listed prices in the January quotation used above. Request their current equipment and customization prices. Titan Mini has a rated payload of up to 2,000 kg; X-ant information also lists a payload of up to 2 tons, with Laser SLAM, 3D perception, pallet recognition and automatic charging.

Titan Mini customized forklift and an existing material tank trolley

Official REEMAN case cover: customized fork geometry for the customer's existing carrier.

At an electronic materials factory in Anhui, customized Titan Mini forks engage the steel bottom frame of a wheeled material tank trolley. The robot lifts the complete trolley directly, with no additional standard pallet. The actual trolley-plus-material load is approximately 275 kg, the one-way route approximately 260 m and the documented complete cycle approximately 4.5 minutes.

The video runs at approximately 4× speed. Travel speed is adjustable and the robot stops when a person or obstacle enters the configured safety zone. The 275 kg case load and 2,000 kg model rating describe different quantities. This example shows why carrier adaptation belongs in the purchase scope.

What costs should you add to an EXW equipment price?

Separate one-time investment from ongoing ownership costs
Cost item Budget treatment What to clarify
Robot and accessories One-time Model, quantity, included charger and accessories. The four January configurations list one automatic charger each.
Freight and destination charges One-time Shipment, insurance, import charges and final delivery under the agreed delivery terms.
Forks and carrier adaptation One-time Fork dimensions, pallet openings and non-standard trolley or cage interfaces.
Site preparation and deployment One-time Route preparation, mapping, commissioning, training and remote or on-site service scope.
Doors, elevators and equipment One-time plus any quoted service Communication modules, controller interfaces, task handshakes and acceptance testing.
Software and system interfaces As quoted Whether operating software, fleet functions, WMS/MES/ERP/API work and updates are included, one-time or recurring.
Energy and routine maintenance Recurring Charging consumption, inspection, service labor, wear parts and cleaning.
Battery, spares and support As scheduled or contracted Expected replacement costs, service coverage and items outside the warranty.

Installed project budget = equipment + logistics + non-recoverable import charges + site preparation + customization + integration + deployment

Ownership cost over a chosen period = installed project budget + recurring operating and service costs + scheduled replacements

Count a cost once. If the supplier has bundled installation or software into its equipment offer, do not add the same item again. Record recoverable taxes separately from permanent project cost. For software, include the actual quoted charges rather than assuming every autonomous forklift needs an additional subscription.

How can you compare quotations fairly?

  1. Same task: identical maximum total load, carrier, pickup height and receiving position.
  2. Same environment: aisle and turning clearance, floor conditions and indoor or outdoor route.
  3. Same scope: charger, custom forks, software, interfaces, deployment and training.
  4. Same delivery basis: compare EXW with EXW or complete delivered budgets with equivalent scopes.
  5. Same acceptance criteria: completed transfers under the real route conditions, including charging and equipment handovers.
  6. Same service period: warranty start, exclusions, spares and technical support. The supplied January quotation specifies one year from departure from the factory, subject to its terms.

What information is needed for an accurate forklift quotation?

Send the maximum load including its carrier; pallet or trolley dimensions; bottom-structure photos; pickup and delivery heights; minimum aisle and turning space; route length; floor, threshold and ramp conditions; daily transfer volume; shifts; and door, elevator, production-equipment or software interfaces. Outdoor routes should also include photos of road surfaces and the operating environment.

Laser SLAM navigation avoids magnetic strips and QR-code routes for normal navigation. Equipment and software integration still need the communication interfaces specified in the project. This distinction helps keep deployment work and cost visible.
