The Reeman MINI Autonomous Stacker Forklift, equipped with self-developed laser SLAM navigation and dynamic path planning algorithms, can navigate freely within 1.1-meter-wide aisles, performing agile maneuvers, including on-the-spot rotation. The MINI can dock accurately using laser or vision positioning, enabling automated material delivery and finished product handling. It can even interact with elevators, autonomously calling and entering/exiting to complete vertical transport across multi-floor warehouses. Its 360° obstacle avoidance system (combining laser radar and 3D cameras) ensures real-time emergency braking in the presence of dynamic obstacles, safeguarding goods and personnel alike.

 


A key highlight is its integration with Reeman's self-developed central dispatching system, which enables seamless connection with enterprise WMS and MES systems. This allows for multi-vehicle coordination, task prioritization, and congestion warnings. Users can monitor forklift locations, battery levels, and task progress in real-time via the cloud dashboard, while also generating operational efficiency reports to guide process optimization.
