Reeman Dual Laser Fly Boat MAX Successfully Deployed in Sri Lanka Garment Factory With Overseas Multi-Robot Scheduling System

Reeman Robotics has successfully completed the deployment of its Dual Laser Fly Boat MAX AMR robots in a large-scale garment manufacturing factory in Sri Lanka, marking a major milestone for Reeman's global intelligent logistics expansion. This project represents the first successful overseas implementation of Reeman's multi-robot scheduling system, enabling multiple AMR robots to work collaboratively within a real factory environment.

Intelligent Material Handling for Large-Scale Garment Manufacturing

The Sri Lankan garment factory operates with high production demands and continuous material transportation requirements between warehouse areas and production lines. Traditional manual handling methods created inefficiencies, labor pressure, and delivery delays.

 

To solve these challenges, Reeman introduced the Dual Laser Fly Boat MAX AMR solution.

 

Equipped with autonomous rack lifting functionality, the Fly Boat MAX can automatically lift shelves and material racks with a payload capacity of up to 300KG and a lifting height of 10cm. The robot performs fully autonomous transportation tasks between designated workstations, significantly improving material flow efficiency inside the factory.

 

With dual laser SLAM navigation technology, the robots can independently build maps, navigate dynamically, and avoid obstacles in real time without requiring magnetic strips or QR codes on the floor. This greatly simplified deployment while maintaining high-precision positioning performance in the complex production environment.

First Overseas Multi-Robot Scheduling Success

One of the biggest highlights of this project was the successful implementation of Reeman's intelligent multi-robot scheduling system overseas for the first time.

 

Multiple Dual Laser Fly Boat MAX robots were coordinated simultaneously through Reeman's centralized dispatching platform. The system intelligently assigned transportation tasks, optimized delivery routes, and prevented traffic congestion between robots, ensuring smooth and stable operation throughout the factory.

 

This breakthrough proves that Reeman's AMR system is fully capable of supporting large-scale intelligent manufacturing environments across international markets.
