The Big Dog AMR has a load capacity of 100kg and can interface with various material carts and carriers, adapting to different SMT line process configurations. Using laser radar navigation technology, the robot can autonomously plan the optimal path between complex workstations, dynamically avoiding personnel and equipment in real time, ensuring safe operation in high-density workshop environments.
In actual application, the AMR handles point-to-point delivery tasks from the warehouse to production line workstations. The scheduling system dynamically assigns tasks based on production rhythms, and if materials are lacking on the production line, a direct one-click call can trigger replenishment, significantly improving response speed.
For multi-story production structures, the Reeman AMR can autonomously link with elevators and seamlessly interface with electric door systems, enabling continuous cross-area delivery and avoiding time losses caused by manual transfers.
After the project was launched, the factory saw a significant improvement in logistics stability, production plan execution rates increased, and staff were redirected to higher-value positions such as quality control and equipment maintenance. The overall operational efficiency was systematically improved.
