Charger Electronics Manufacturing Enters The High-Speed Era: Reeman Flyboat AMR Handling Robot Reshapes Factory Logistics Base

Jan 06, 2026

In the charger electronics manufacturing industry, rapid product updates and frequent order fluctuations have become the norm.
Materials like motherboards, shells, and power modules are small in size but have a very high turnover rate. The production line's logistics requirements have long been upgraded from "just moving" to "on time, stable, and continuous operation." During the continuous expansion of production capacity, a large charger electronics factory was the first to make internal logistics a key breakthrough point for intelligent upgrades.

The factory is composed of multiple buildings, with warehouses and production lines distributed across different floors. Materials are stored on standard shelves in a centralized manner. In the past, they relied on manual carts and human coordination, which led to significant fluctuations in efficiency and were difficult to support high-speed production. To address this, the factory introduced the Reeman Flyboat AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) to establish a point-to-point delivery system covering the warehouse and production lines.

The Flyboat AMR has a rated load of 300kg and supports a shelf-lifting function, allowing it to directly transport entire shelves and reduce intermediate switching steps. The robot uses its autonomous navigation system to plan paths and can operate flexibly within complex factory environments without needing to modify the floor. In dynamic situations like people moving around or temporary stacking, the Flyboat AMR can avoid obstacles in real-time, ensuring that the logistics rhythm remains stable and controllable.

In cross-region operations, the Flyboat AMR supports automatic electric door opening and closing, enabling unobstructed passage between different production areas. It can also autonomously take elevators to complete cross-floor deliveries, truly unblocking the vertical logistics chain. On the production line side, operators only need to remotely call the robot with a single button, and the system will automatically schedule the robot to replenish materials, keeping logistics responsive to production rhythm.

As a leading manufacturer of handling robots, Reeman has maintained high-speed growth in annual shipments, with products exported to multiple countries and regions. The cumulative deployment has reached tens of thousands of units. The extensive long-term operating data has validated the Flyboat AMR's advantages in efficiency and stability, providing reliable support for the continuous expansion of charger electronics manufacturing.
